Hello

I am a mother of three, and an endurance junkie! I began coaching running in 2007, and have 15+ years of experience as a high school, collegiate and adult running coach. I have coached state qualifiers, state champions, All-Americans, and adults ranging from those who want to run their first 5k to Boston Marathon Qualifiers, and everyone in between!

I began coaching triathlon in 2014, and have helped athletes of all abilities, including those who want to finish their first sprint triathlon to those who have qualified for the Ironman World Championships.

I am a professor of kinesiology at Loras College, and also serve as the graduate director of Coaching Leadership. I am passionate about helping people get active, and reach whatever goals they set for themselves!
